Gravity Feed Metal Detector

In certain application such as flour, granules, peanuts, almonds, cashew, etc. Gravity feed type metal detector units are implemented. These systems are having pneumatically operated flap type diverting rejection mechanism. In critical cases, i.e. when there is space constraints and to be integrated in the filling machine line, the floating contact is provided for actuation of rejection. In this category the system will be having configuration ranging from 50 mm Dia., to 200 mm Diameter. In certain applications, such as cream, sauce, juice, etc., the metal detector unit with suitable rejection can be offered.
